About Lively

For the love of learning

Our story

Learning people love, by design

Lively exists for the love of learning. The real thing. The rush of figuring something out. The hook of a story you cannot put down. The satisfaction of getting better at something you care about.

Scams are not an IT problem. They are a human one. People are losing their savings, their independence, and in the worst cases, their lives. After six years watching existing training fail to change behaviour, our co-founder Stacey set out to build something different. She applied her learning design to the threat. Tested it. Proved it worked and then took the risk to bring it to the world.

The Cyber Safety Game. Built for businesses, schools, and communities. Our mission – To build cyber safety instinct in everyone, everywhere.

Applying gameplay, and behavioural science to a growing professional and personal threat was the leap. The game trains on live scam material — current attacks, updated in real time — so players build instinct against what is actually circulating, not last year's threats.

Until now, Lively built custom learning solutions for other organisations. The Cyber Safety Game is the first they own.

Every Phishy enterprise subscription funds subsidised access to Dodgy for schools. That is not a pledge. It is how the pricing works.

Together they make sure the product is tested against what attackers are actually doing now, not what they were doing five years ago.

Our Advisory Council

The people who keep us honest

Building instinct against social engineering takes more than cybersecurity expertise. It takes behavioural science, forensic investigation, experience design, financial crime intelligence and the governance to run a responsible technology business. That is what this team brings.

Why traditional cyber training fails (and makes things worse) and how we fix it.
The problem is too big to solve alone.

We build with research collaborators, enterprise partners, and schools — and we take on a small number of bespoke learning commissions each year. If any of that is you, let's talk.
